They are also good for urinary tract health and create the healthy vaginal ecosystem for women. Probiotics also help clear up skin issues such as acne and eczema.

Witch hazel is an extract of the North American witch-hazel tree, Hamamelis virginiana, it serves as a natural topical astringent, it has the ability to remove excess oil and reduce pores on the skin. You can include it in your diet a few times a week or some women literally place it on their panty liners when they have a yeast infection.
